Shipping Information:

Most all orders are processed and shipped by at leat 3:30PM EST time the next day!

We ship all orders via UPS Ground, however you can choose other shipping options when checking out, including Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping. If you need any weekend or special delivery please feel free to contact us to see if we can accomodate you.

UPS is generally 100% on time, but there is always a possibility your package may be delayed, due to acts of God, weather conditions and other natural phenomenon.

10 Day Return Period

Merchandise may be returned within ten days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received unwashed, unworn with all tags intact or merchandise will be returned to the sender. Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Shipping is not refundable.

Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.

We try to keep our website updated daily. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is backordered we will contact you to let you know.

Order Tracking

Once you have completed an order we will e-mail you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS http://www.ups.com to track your order.

Sales Tax

6% sales tax applies to Kentucky customers only.

Transfer of Risk and Title

When you order an item at macknificentstreetwear.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. In the rare event UPS looses a package we will do all that we can to help but ultimately its between you and UPS to resolve.

International Shipping



We ship All International Orders by United Parcel Service The UNITED PARCEL SERVICE is our primary method of shipping in the United States. International orders including Canada and Overseas are shipped by UPS and all duty taxes are the responsibility of the reciever. We will ship to FPO and APOs via USPS.

MACKNIFICENT STREETWEAR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY Because we have no control over what a country will charge, it is the receiver's responsibility to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees. Please note that in some countries these charges can be anywhere between 10 – 50 % of the price of the goods that you've purchased. IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE TAX YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR OUR SHIPPING CHARGES, THE CUSTOM CHARGES AND THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. We also ship, Next Day Air by UPS, Priced by weight, plus a $30.00 RUSH Fee providing the item(s) is in stock.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped out, although we usually ship out within 1-2 days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
